baby smoothie 

This is a great way to get your baby to get nutrients first thing in the morning! 

  • 1/2 cup Annie’s whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • Handful spinach
  • Frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • Spoonful of peanut butter

Henry loves to drink through a straw so that helps too. He liked it!
